Order
- Registration is needed for place an ordert. Once registered, by signing in, you will be able to place the orders.
Any kind of change of your data is able in any time (change the delivery address for each order, list all your existing orders,... - Select the items you are interested in, the payment and delivery methods and the delivery address (if not the same stored in your profile). On every step the total costs is updated.
- After your confirmation, we will wait for the payment. After 7 days the order will be cancelled.
- Once your payment is cleared, will inform you when the order is ready to be sent.
Payment methods
You can use different type of payments:
- Money order
- Bank transfer
- PayPal: you can pay by PayPal secure site.
Order status
You can check your order status at any time.
Shipping
- Once the order is confirmed, it will be shipped inmediately. We try to have all in stock. Anyway, shipping delays will not mean any order cancellation. Any clause included in the order comments by the customers regarding delays compensations will have no effect.
- Orders will be shipped by B-Post (www.laposte.be) with tracking number. The type of shipment will be chosen by the customer and costs of shipping will be shown before the order is confirmed.
